What is involved in the class?
This is a focused class designed to enhance the range of motion for all the muscles and joints throughout the entire body. We use a combination of static and dynamic stretching techniques to ensure our members remain injury free, while they enter a state of blissful relaxation. The class is optimally scheduled to immediately follow the Boot Camp workouts to allow your muscles and joints to cool and calm down after our strenuous Boot Camp workout sessions.
Why you must be flexible
Flexibility is essential to perform every day activities, even those as simple as getting out of bed. Flexibility is even more important if you want to exercise at a high level of intensity for an extended duration. Inadequate flexibility will inevitably lead to reduced mobility of the joints and an increased risk of injury.
When is the class?
This class is scheduled on Mondays thru Fridays immediately following the Boot Camp.
