Coach Gabriel was born and raised in Prichard, AL. He has been involved in the sport of boxing for thirty-three years. Twenty-three years as an athlete and fifteen years as a coach. He brings an impressive and exciting wealth of elite competitive training experience to Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts. His credentials earn him a place amongst the most respected boxing coaches in the country. We are extremely pleased to have him on the Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts staff. Coach Gabriel’s accomplishments are as follows.
COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Head Coach for the Southern USA Boxing Team.
USA Boxing Coach Level 3 Certification - Level 3 Certification is designed for training rising stars and potential Olympic talents. Coaches must be certified by the National USA Boxing Association. Level 3 certifies that an individual has the ability to plan out each day of an eight-week training camp, including boxing and conditioning workouts, for a fighter who will be participating in a five-round bout.
